TOC Day-to-Day Problem Solving Tools AGI’s Day-to-Day Problem Solving Tools consist of five separate sessions. Each session is easily learned in one day or less and all five can be taught back to back. These sessions can be taught and explored in isolation, or as part of a full TOC implementation. The personal attention of a Certified AGI Instructor ensures that each attendee will be able to apply the skills learned in an operational setting by the end of each workshop. Conflict Resolution: Enhance peoples' ability to construct and communicate win-win solutions, while overcoming the tendency to resolve conflicts by compromising. Providing Feedback: Enhance peoples' ability to analyze an idea, properly evaluate it and, if necessary, induce the suggestor to improve and complete the suggested solution. Aligning Authority and Responsibility: Enhance peoples' ability to recognize the misalignment between authority and responsibility, communicate and resolve it in a way that empowers the employee and prevents firefighting for the manager. Delegation: Enhance peoples' ability to communicate directions, policies and procedures correctly the first time and reduce the need for mid-course corrections and management intervention. Team Building: Enhance peoples' ability to convert a group into a motivated, focused crew operating with a coherent strategy and synchronized tactics. AGI is the world leader in developing Theory of Constraints-based Employee Development Programs. We have over fifteen years of experience in customizing, applying, and teaching these tools and techniques to organizations of all sizes.
